Since 2026, I have been working as part of the production team at Festi’neuch, coordinating hospitality and artist liaison for the artists performing across the Cargo, Lacustre and Marée stages.
My work starts before the festival with artist advancing and contracting and continues on site, coordinating with artists, agencies, production partners and technical teams to make sure each artist’s arrival, stay and performance run as smoothly as possible.

In 2025, I joined the Montreux Jazz Festival team as an Accommodation Production Assistant within the Artistic & Logistics Coordination department. I coordinated accommodation for around 150 members of the festival's production teams, from identifying accommodation needs and making reservations to coordinating arrivals, departures and key handovers with production teams and accommodation partners.

I also joined the artist hospitality teams at the Casino and the LAB respectively, working as part of the backstage festival staff during the event.

Through MEL – Mises en Lumière, the non-profit association I founded in 2023, I develop and produce our own events, working across artistic direction, programming, artist booking and production. My role also includes budgeting, fundraising, coordinating our team of around 15 volunteers, and managing external relations and partnerships.
Giving more space and visibility to women is central to our approach, with a particular focus on programming female artists. Each event has its own concept and identity, while contributing to MEL’s wider mission of supporting emerging artists and promoting the Swiss R&B scene.

MEL's first multidisciplinary event, combining live music, DJ sets, creative workshops, karaoke and a live podcast for an afternoon dedicated to music and creativity.

A three-part series exploring R&B through different formats, including talks, concerts and original live concepts such as the Summer Walker Experience, bringing together Swiss R&B artists to reinterpret her repertoire.

Two editions developed in collaboration with Exobus, with R&B and hip-hop at the heart of the programme alongside eclectic DJ sets, showcasing regional talent with a strong focus on female artists.

A collaborative event concept designed to bring MEL into new spaces by teaming up with local partners. For its first edition, we joined forces with Fripsquare to create a Saturday morning combining live music, a DJ set and breakfast in an unexpected setting.

PLATZ’ART MUSIC FESTIVAL · 2022
Developed as part of my Music Business studies at SAE Institute, Platz’Art was a student-led one-night festival showcasing an all-female line-up of emerging Swiss artists.
I supervised the project while working across artist booking and event production, from its development through to the event at La Cave du Bleu Lézard in Lausanne.
